Purchase/Return/Delivery

    The User can make a complaint or claim in relation to the service provided on the Web page at the address that appears in the Contact section of the Web page, and Byanjan and/or the franchisee that is going to serve him or that has attended, will contact the User at the e-mail address provided in order to respond as soon as possible. Likewise, there are complaint forms available to the User in the "Byanjan" Restaurants.

    Withdrawal.

    Byanjan informs the User that they have no obligation to send the consumer a withdrawal document to be able to revoke the contracting of the service offered through the Page, within the legal deadlines, as they are within the exceptions established in Article 102 and 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, by virtue of which it is established that the right of withdrawal in contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
